That's unfortunate. Realize that the only way to conquer a phobia is by facing the irrational fear. And by the way... "and i have this irrational phobia of birds." well, that's a bit redundant, as a phobia is an irrational fear . Just thought I'd say that, hehe. Have a good one, and face your fears! It's the only way to conquer them.
