I worked for a chinese family a while ago... they invited me to diner along with a pakastani guy name Sam... Chinese tradition is to serve a whole fish,,, head and all,,,Sam yelled "Does anyone want the eyes"??? good I'll have them... Sam picked them out with a fork and when we were done with the fish he ate the whole head....

kokoretsi is the best. There is a restaurant nearby that makes some of the best and i order it once a week. But its not very healthy to say the least. Its made with every kind of guts and guts are not the best part of an animal to eat. Very fattening also. Its a food you eat on special day with alot of ouzo and retsina wine. Its very tasty really worth trying.
