I'm not very fond of eggplant for some reason, maybe its the way my mom cooks it but.. disgusting either way

lol you woulda loved it at my house on Thursday when I got baked off my gourd, got the worst munchies of my life, and cut up and pan-seared 3 BIG eggplants with Cajun blackening spice... I ate an entire eggs worth... it didn't really AGREE with me, but it was the most delicious thing in the world at the time lol...

Eggplant- yum! I have 4 kinds in my garden -
Cilantro- yum! The smell of the crushed leaves makes my mouth water-
Tofu- yum! Grill or Saute till crispy on the outside, with a spicy sauce, the tofu soaks up the sauce-
Brussel Sprouts- yum! When fresh from the garden they are delicate-


But the wierdest, grossest thing that I like is something terrible from my childhood- lima beans with melted cheddar cheese. I Love them and my husband is appalled! But it is entirely possible I would eat Anything with cheddar cheese melted on it-

What actually IS tofu? What's the flavour [i hear it's bland?] and what's the texture like? I dont even think i've ever seen it. Google images will come in handy.

tofu is pretty much flavorless it basically takes on the flavor of whatever it is mixed with. it is a slippery texture the one time i had it and really doesnt feel like any other kind of food. i had it in freid rice once just to try it out. personally i think it is a nasty slimy slippery texture and not a good meat substitute. flavorwise it just tasted like the fried rice.

Not a big fan of mayo either Yeag , unless i'm at home lol . Croonie we smoked the dbl. blunt w/ got screwd over by his bro. in NOLA , last day before comin bk. to Det. Croonie takes his bros. mayo in the bathroom , wank wank wank . Filty dog he is . The tangy zip of miracle whip ?

i have to agree with the chitlins, and tofu....
chitlins are fucking disgusting.. i tried one once and did not like it at all..

i also hate mayo.. if im eating a sandwich and it has mayo that sandwich is ruined for me.. and god damn i cant imagine doin that..
