I miss Alaska though. I had originally planned to sit on my house until the market picks back up, then head up to northern Vermont... but the fucking New Yorkers with their Escalades and time shares have pretty much ruined that. So Alaska it is! I might even -OMG!!!- get to use that fisheries management degree some day!

I've visited the place twice and in about 7 months I'll be moving. I grew up in a very small town in AZ which has gotten INVADED by people with summer homes and it breaks my heart to be in my town while all of my childhood dreams are being destroyed and replaced with Malls and golf courses...
