Because I can tell just by the leaves. Those cleary are not cannabis leaves.

Definitely not cannabis. You can tell because when a cannabis plant is that small, there are no big fan leaves. If it was, and at that height as a seedling, you'd see at most 3 little leaves, probably. Or maybe just two. Good that you asked, though. Have fun.
