Here's an easy way to look at it:
Bush:
Able to take down 3 buildings, pop a big ass hole in the Pentagon, hide hundreds of people that were "suppose" to be on the flights.

Clinton:
Busted for getting a B.J. in the Oval Office.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, chances are it's a duck.
