I think when he says a 20 sack he just means $20 dollars worth of mj... in a sack. whatever the dealer feels like I guess.

It's not very informative to let us know that a 20sack is 20 bucks then though. I pay 20 dollars for 20 dollars worth of weed no matter where I am.
