Is it really that intense in london where you can walk the streets and smell the great smell of the ganj?

At night, central London, YES! It's great. Only problem is you can really enjoy it coz theres drunks everywhere.

But yes, in London there is a strong smell of weed at night [probably there in the day too, but normally all you can smell is car fumes.]

You can actually walk around central London smoking a joint almost any time and not get it confiscated - and as for getting arrested - well that just doesnt happen. If anyone got arrested in London for weed it'd either be because they had a TON or they were VERY VERY VERY unlucky.
