It'll be better than getting one without a perc. Although, for me, I'd probably just buy $50 worth of bud instead of paying an extra $50 for the double-perc. Either way you're going to get high as shit. So really it does not matter. And if you don't think it matters, then it doesn't . I'm sure you'll get just as high as you would with one.
