The first one will do you nothing. Only make heat and waste electricity. The blue lookin floodlight probably won't do a damn thing either. However, the CFL (thats the spirally lookin one in the second pic) is what you want. If you could get a couple more of those, you'd be on the right track.
TheGanjaKing420 Reviewed by TheGanjaKing420 on . my grow box is it any good.../??? i have a grow box its about 3 feet tall by 2 1/2 wide and is made from two big bins and the inner walls are covered in aluminum foil and it has a 300 watt and can turn to 500 watt but i think 500 is too strong for the box and it has a fan with about 5 setting and is on about low...umm it has two vent holes and its my second grow box and the first did bad...soo im askin the pros...lol here are some pikz of it...
