Your setup is pretty nice mate.

Just to help you out with a few things, you can germinate your seeds alot better with paper towel that is only damp and not soaked. I used 2 pieces of paper towel and folded them over, then wet them, rung them out a bit, and stuck them on a plate with a cup over in my airing cupboard. They germinate within 24 hours. Plant them now because they will rot in that water.

The second is depending whether that netting was to allow air to pass through or not because if it wasn't then you could cover it in mylar, otherwise a lot of light will be escaping there. Mylar won't tear and is very reflective and flexible.

yea thanks about the germination tips im allready workin on it and thats umm reflective tint and yea it lets a lil light out and ima get some mylar as soon as i find a store that sells it home depot didnt soo ill hopefully find 1 soon...

I'm pretty sure that light is a Halogen, but I could be wrong. If thats the case though you can cound on zero plants and stop now.

the little 1 is florecent and the big 1 is from panasonic and its 120 watt and its a flood light im not sure if its hallogen but if it is ill change it right away...ill try to find a picture of it on the web really fast umm i couldnt find the exact bulb but i now know its incandesant i dont know how it affects the plants but its use is for plants soo thats why i got it...

Karma, I only see one light and it isn't fluorescent its probably halogen. Take a look at the picture see any similarities? That was found by googling "halogen light". You cannot grow plants under halogen or incandescent bulbs either way it will not work. You need HPS, (high pressure sodium) which gets hot and usually has a ballast - good for flowering, or a MH (metal halide) lamp which is very good for vegging (blue spectrum), or high output fluorescent T5, T4 etc. you can also use compact fluorescent lights which are lower wattage, take up less space and are very good for small plants and clones but can be used for the full cycle. Trust me, you want to get rid of the halogen if you are serious about growing. Not trying to be overbearing but I too....made the same mistake when I was beginning.

yea im trying to find a metal halide bulb but its soo expensive the wanted like 30 for just 1 bulb and yea i got rid of the florecent bulb i swear ill try and post pikz of the new box as soon as i can and i am dum i had some mylar strips layin around my house and didnt know it but i put them up today and my wall in the back is whit and soo i have a place to observe the plant i have som reflective tint...and thanks for the help man but what store sells hps or halide bubls...i cant find them anywhere do u think a plant store will...???

Yea, the lamps are nothing compared to the ballast. The whole set up, ballast, 250 watt HPS bulb, reflector, will run you about $130 on ebay. If this is your first grow, I would just stick to CFL lights.
