thnks and i am juss makin due with what i have but tha light isnt halogen its i believe HID or soo it says and yea i got rid of the foil and the paint is from krylon which is plastic bonder and after it dryies there is no airborn particles i think and it says safe to use indoors and watever...but thnks for all the help im learnin alot and im juss gonna use this light till i can afford a new light system and a hydro setup and i have about five plants outside and im gona try to get some pikz of them but they r about 5 days old and barely gettin out of the soil...
