Me, I like to stick with proven science and not nutcracker magic from the 50's. There is no proof whatsoever niacin will help you get clean.

Most people will pass a drug test if the are clean for a month. You need to prove that your niacin works not just by saying well it makes your blood vessels dilate. Cranberrry juice and diuretics are worthless too.
