( im not gona give u all the scienteific bullshit about all of this cause i just know wat u need to know about each of these strait up) ok so i had around a month to pass my piss test and i smoked everyday for well over 2 years ( im 16 ) and i heard alot of bullshit so for one dontt buy anything that claims to rid u of thc its the water they make u drink with the " magical substance" that wuld help at all to pass the test, wat does work is niacin, u may hear it is bullshit but that is not true, the vitamin helps to release toxins from your body, it is worthless if u take it right before but if u take it for a few weeks it helps a massive amount, your cappilaries expand up to 3 times their size ( thats what the niacin flush is, the reddening and itchy of ur skin is the increased blood flow and itchyness from the histamine released), ur blood cells go throught them single file but when the cappilaries expand they can go up to 3 rows of single file through them then majorly increasing your blood flow help to remove toxins from fatty cells, the next is make sure you got the diuretics, diurtetics are any liquid or water that helps to increase your urine flow, cranberry juice is the cheapest and coffee and stuff works, its nothing magical but it helps increase your urine flow which will do nothing but help, the next is a high fiber diet, just eat ur shredded wheats every morning and that will help, it helps re direct where the cannabanoids in ur fatty cells are directed to then going out through ur shit rather then ur urine, and the next simply is to exerise which burns fat and then obviously burning wats with it which are the cannabanoids in them, and also it wont hurt but the day of ur piss test drink tons of water then diluting your urine, but if ur taking the niacine ur piss will be yellow so dont worry about it being to clear and them refusing it. im sure everyones heard the myths about niacin and cranberry juice blah blah blah ive seen first hand it works and i was about as heavy as a smoker as you could be and i passed. i still think it is bull if u drink mad cranberry juice and take niacin the day of the piss test because theres no time for it to be released but take my word for it, take niacin,( once a day is fine) diuretics( cranberry juice, green tea, coffee), a high fiber diet ( shredded wheats will do ) and exersice and ur golden.

All I know is I had about 2 weeks for mine (my test is this thursday) and all I did was drink about 2 liters of water a day and pissed my balls off.. I bought a drug test about a week ago.. and I was dirty.. and so I kept drinking the 2 liters a day and pissing non stop.. and well I bought a drug test yesterday and did it again and BOOM clean.. so tomorow I'm gonna piss in the fuckin judges mouth. :]

Haven't you already gotten one infraction for calling me names before? Also it is you're not your. Finally, I don't need to go checking the sticky because I know all about niacin the myth. It was started by the nutcracker father of the cult known as scientology, L Ron Hubbard. He has no medical training yet he claimed that taking vitamins was part of a 21 day detox program. If you want to trust passing your drug tests to a bunch of fools like scientologists who advocate making no noise during childbirth and claim that vitamins and exercise can cure depression then go right ahead. Me, I like to stick with proven science and not nutcracker magic from the 50's. There is no proof whatsoever niacin will help you get clean.

Most people will pass a drug test if the are clean for a month. You need to prove that your niacin works not just by saying well it makes your blood vessels dilate. Cranberrry juice and diuretics are worthless too.

First of all I don't care if you put me on your ignore list. I am not out to prove anyone wrong, I like to help people pass drugs tests and beat the man. If someone gives incorrect info, I will point out why the info is wrong not to makke fun of the poster but to help them and others who might read the posts. Next it isn't hard to find that Hubbard started this myth. Use your favorite search engine and type in Hubbard niacin and you get 1000's of hits. Here are some. The first one is one of his websites so you can see his original theories on niacin. I think he also believed niacin helps with radiation and sunburns. Drinking water for days and days before the test is useless. Make sure you are hydrated but there is no reason to make yourself uncomfortable either. Just because you are pissing more doesn't mean you have increased glomerular filtration rate or GFR. Your GFR is reasonable for how fast your kidneys eliminate THC metabolites in the urine. Your liver is also involved in eliminating THC metabolites from the body. Excesive water will not make either work better. It will not wash your body like you are using the pressure washer to clean your driveway.

When it comes to THC metabolites, yes they are wrong. Where you got this 80 years thing I don't know because you will not see any doctors saying you can flush THC metabolites from your system with massive amounts of water.

Drinking lots of fluids on the day of the test is dilution and it works not by flushing you out but by diluting.
