I used to have a friend Sandra (127 years ago) and everytime we would get stoned together she'd be like, "I am SOOOOOO stoned! Are you stoned, Mary? Cuz I am SOOOOOO stoned!" It was aggravating, I had to stop smoking with her because she wore down my nerves with that SOOOOOO stoned shit. You CANNOT take those kind of ppl out in public, either, because you never know when they might cause a scene.
