For people who can have lucid dreams
I find the best way to stay asleep once you go lucid is to follow the dream, which is part of why I do it. But yeah I tend to wake up earlier than normal sometimes, but I sleep in naps ussually. 1 nap from 2am-ish to 8am then another from 10-11ish. Ussually the second nap is when I lucid dream. I think I read somewhere that you are more likely to lucid dream if you sleep, wakeup, then go back to sleep. And I guess I prove this true. But yeah lucid dreams are awesome and use to be something I looked forward too, but after a while they got really fucking weird and harder to control. My dream "personality" seems to be different than my normal one, so its kinda hard to do "fun" stuff.
