smoking before bed
i know many people with the sleep problem man. That is why you should be careful how much you do, and when you do it. Just try to practice doing less pot in general, and try working out or something, so that you are physically tired when you hit the sack(and NO i don't mean masturbation, but that does help me to go to sleep)
