..did you ever see that stevens hit on lindros? the one that pretty much made mashed taters out of his brain? well, if it wasnt that bad already haha, he took a lot of hits.

if it takes high elbows to the face, i guess its an alright strategy if it works.

yes i saw that hit....it was a good clean one, and it sure did knock the taters out of his melon.

i like scott stevens, i never really thought he was a cheap shot, i play defense on the occasion that i lace em up, and as a defenseman, i thought stevens was the man when he played.
there is an up and coming defenseman playing for calgary, deon phanuff or something like that. he reminds me a lot of stevens, solid, tough, and a great open ice hitting defenseman. the only problem is he's playing for the wrong team.

they know how to play hockey. and i really really like the way they play hockey.
