    Chronic User Detection

    I've been smoking for the past several months and im on my seventh day sober and I have about 5 weeks left until I go apply for a career job. Lately I've been running for about 1 hour everyday, and I go to school for welding and sweat constantly. Before I quit I was always smoking about 7 grams of high-grade a week. I understand detection times varies I just would like to know some other things to increase my health and get this THC out of my fat. I weigh about 140lbs.

    Probably a no brainer to some but if you drink soft drinks, ditch them. I don't mind water so I would be drinking it 24-7 and lots of it.

    Everyday about 0.3grams and on the weekends Fri & Sat a couple grams.

    diuretics( cranberry juice) , high fiber diet( shredded wheat), niacin( pill a day), exersice and in 5 weeks ull be completely clean, even without it u proly have a good chance 5 weeks is a good heads up

    Ok appreciate all the help. Lately I've been drinking a few glasses of cranberry juice a day and a few glasses of water. I always eat fruits- and always whole grain bread.
