I agree with Storm Crow. It's probably catnip. I buy catnip for my cats. It looks very much like dried and crumbled cannabis. It costs me $5 for an ounce, which is probably a lot, but hey, my cats like quality as well.

My guess is he wants to pack the bowl so you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't cannabis, which would be very hard once it is packed. Don't buy it.

Ten bucks a bowl, fuck that. I've smoked dank my whole smoking career and I buy dank for 50 bucks an eigth, sometimes I'll pay 60 but im pissed about it. All i can say is that shit had better sparkle in the fucking dark for him to ask for ten bucks a bowl!
