I agree.. People who ditch you JUST cause you smoke can fuck off. Friends come and go- but I say take life as it comes. Just smile, and keep on toking; I doubt you'll be too lonely.

When you think you have to work for your friends, you're trying too hard, man. Chill out, and focus on girls, like you're supposta.

You lose the friendship of people who arent worth it anyway, then you make a lot of really authentic, great friends that also smoke weed.

i hear ya, i used to be part of this group, and we did everything. We hung out like every weekend and shit. But we never smoked. Then a few of us started smoking and some people left the group, some people started smoking, then stopped, some people still smoke. Now, i dont have many people to hang out with, when im with them, they either hang out with people i dont like, or i feel uncomfortable around. So i decided, i don't really need to be socializing that much now, i gotta concentrate on my school work.

same here. i used to hang out w/ some kids all the time but then i started hanging out w/ other kids that r just as sweet as the originals but the funnest time ever is when all of us get together and party.

well lets see i've never really been much of a people person....matter of fact i had like 2 people you could call friends all the way up to age 13...everyone else eventually stabbed me in the back one way or another.......(since this has happened i generally will not give people the slightest chance of getting near me unless they smoke weed because....well i just trust TRUE stoners...not some lil kid who smokes a bowl and thinks he's a druggie) but since i've started smoking i've steadily gained and lost friends..it's all been good times.....people change and move on.....just keep the ones around who smoke pot and anyone else that is a LOYAL friend and fuck the rest....i've only got two loyal friends...and a bunch of stoner buddies.....best part about this....don't have to get all sad if one of your "freidns" moves away or something. just find a new smoke partner.

i lost my best mate (stoner) partly because of arguments about drugs..
i was pissed off at always shouting him sessions, and he was pissed off about me lying about the size of my stash and shit, and basically he stopped trusting me and i stopped always carrying bud for him to smoke and oops, shit, we aint best mates no more...

put the friendship before the drug that sticks it together i think is the moral.

I seem to have been losing alot of friends since I started smoking the greens and shit..anybody else experience this problem?

Are you saying that these friends like all of a sudden went â??I donâ??t want to hang around with you any more because you smokeâ?� or that you just kinda indirectly noticed that you were losing friends since you started smoking?

Friends come and go, but Iâ??ve never had a friend stop being my friend just because I smoke weed. Granted though, not all my friends knowâ?¦

altho this is very tru i think it is a bad thing becasue people will just hang out w/ u to smoke up YOUR weed and either put a tiny bit down or nothin at all and then they just leave. they r not truely ur freind. to me that is just a waste of good bud. thats just what i think. anyone else w/ me?

well in some of friends that leave defense, once people start smoking pot, they (most) seem to talk about it, and talk about how things could be better high and simialar things, and the truth is if u dont do it, u dont wanna hear about it, some of my friends shoot heroin and they talk about it all the time. and i fucking hate it, they let the drug control their life. weed is alot different than heroin, but we still do talk about it. its like having a friend that is a girl, and u and ur friends start talking about cars and cars only all the time, and how and what engine is better, shes gonna hang out with u less because shes not into that. it makes perfect sense. There are friends i talk about weed with, but when the other friends are there, we talk about other things. pretty much all my friends are still my friend and i think thats why because i dont accidentally exclude them from the group by making them feel like outcasts. the only friends i loose are the pot fucks ur life up people and whatever fuck them
