Smoking in Car Etiquette

if its a joint i smoke it as though i were smoking a cigarette.. if its a pipe.. i just lean down really far to hit (if im around other cars).. usually though - back roads are paradise when it comes to smoking in cars. usually we get stoned and just go through the back roads reading the names (they usually are funny.. like... stetter road.. ) or trying to see what all we can find.
