I've often wondered if those things worked but I didnt want to spend the money to find out for myself. Does it taste bad or anything? I don't smoke cigs or drink coffee but my teeth aren't as white as I'd like them to be. I might have to try this stuff out

(Picture below). Its this gel that you put on your teeth before you sleep and you hold your mouth open for 30 seconds while the gel gets...well harder. It's not in the way or anything, though you can only drink water afterward. Then you sleep and when you wake up you brush it off.
