It's not in the way or anything, though you can only drink water afterward. Then you sleep and when you wake up you brush it off. Well you only do it for 14 days but its day 9 for me and my teeth are already 2 shades whiter! And a huge bonus, it doesn't hurt your enamel! Says so on the box AND the effects lasts for 6 months! Its my fave thing right now and its cheap, like 12 bucks at walmart!
