Plants will droop if there is too little water, but they should recover within an hour or less after watering.

I have some 3 week old buggers outside and I noticed that although they're all getting progressively taller, a FEW of them are starting to have slightly droopy leaves. The color looks good and stem strength is good as well. I have a funny feeling this is some sort of watering problem, but if anything it's a lack of watering.....Any suggestions would be great!
