Happy memories of visiting Grandma. She lived on Pearl Street. I remember filling her freezer with fish from Brown's Creek (and my first experience with "white only" bathrooms at the pier). Fish and hush puppies for dinner with "red-hot vinegar" made from Grandma's teeny-tiny hot peppers. Going up to Georgia to buy fireworks and setting them off in the swamp. 40 lb watermelons for a buck and the "small" ones were 3 for a dollar. The humid smell of Spanish Moss and 6-12 mosquito repellent. Watching a hurricane blow through with 2 water spouts. Finding "angel wing" and coquina shells. Grandma's guava jelly. Childhood memories- totally priceless! - Granny:hippy:

I imagine all my "memories" are gone
