Great "Idea"...so i thought.

Before this past weekend, i decided it would be a good idea to plant some seedlings at my lake house. there is a ton of land, lots of sun, and nobody around. I brought down about 10 little girls (i hope anyway) and planted them in a nice sunny spot. Sounds cool right? I thought so too, until....

I went out the next day to check up on them, yeah...some fucking animal ripped them out of the ground. I thought that humans were the only ones "down" with the green. I don't want some stupid fucking deer eating my crop! I can assure you that i spent the next few hours hunting those fuckers down...but i didn't come prepared with the right equipment and only had my S&W 9mm. Didn't find any of them...but i still shot the place up! Man...I wish I had my AK with me. BLAT BLAT BLAT!!!!!

Anyways...how do i keep these dumbass animals away??

I believe there's a chemical in peppers that keeps everything except humans from eating it, crushed red pepper...never had an outdoor crop but I'm certain you're going to have issues with wildlife..my pepper patch in the backyard though, a neighbor's dog was digging them up when I first planted them until I sprinkled some crushed red pepper thoroughly in the area, hasn't been back since...it should keep them away..another thing is certainly you may want to put up some chicken wire dude...you would have buds at some point and as a natural flower, animals love to eat it...:thumbsup:

Hot pepper spray- works great, don't forget to keep reapplying after rain
