I have friends in the boonies who are seriously hardcore about their land....
Private Property is a precious thing..At least around here.

It is hard to keep out people from using your land....you got your crazies who want to camp...you got your people wantin to steal your herb..

Basically, if you live in the country...you better be protecting your land.

Only 3 states have laws though that permit deadly force upon someone if they tresspass..It's called the "Make My Day" statute or something...and it's only in like Colorado and Nevada or something...haha.
I completely understand if someone is walking around the property. I have had people walk on to my property before, when I see them I walk out to ask what's up while playing with my butterfly knife. I don't understand the paranoia of simply a car though.

If I want to use someone elses land for what ever reason, I will knock on their door and ask, but simply getting pissed because someone is using your driveway to turn around is a little over the top.

We were driving home and we started laughing at this hose with a long U-Turn driveway. They always have three cars parked at one end, blocking it completely from being used. I understand they don't want a bunch of cars using their driveway to turn around, but it seems like more of an inconvenience now. They would know better than me though...
