Yea it does make you feel higher. I forget exactly why but I think it has something to do with oxygen in the brain.

I get higher when I cough, but I only cough because I took a really big hit from a grav or sumthin, So I guess if u take a big enough hit 2 make u cough then u will get higher

dumasses u dont purposefully cough to get higher it only works when you cant handle the harsh smoke and your only other option is to cough. cuz when you cough youre trying to grasp for some fresh air. i dont know, kids nowadays come up with some wierd shit as if smoking weed was some rocket science. inhale...exhale... its that simple

coughing opens the capillaries in your lungs allowing more thc into your bloodstream. in effect, getting you higher.

You're getting higher on a hit that makes you cough naturally. You can't just cough on purpose and get higher. The cough is a result of taking actions to get higher, not the other way around.
