Pain is the body's natural defense mechanism that deters us from hurting ourselves further - hence the saying that pain is a state of mind....but you can only fool your mind for so long, which is why I suspect that HHJ has to use more and more cannabis to acheive the same pain relief.

Sure, on the face of it, HHJ may seem to live the 'perfect life' (ie, copious amounts of legally grown weed) - but I'm willing to bet that he would gladly forsake his need for the herb, in return for a life without pain and suffering

i agree with you there resinate, i use to drink beer every day.some days i could drink a case of beer. then i quit, well lets just say i stopped for a while. after a long break from the alcohol, i bought me a 12 pack and got totally drunk from about 7 beers. this too will work with weed as long as your not in any pain like jack.

I understand where Jack is coming from. The same thing happens with painkillers. When you are in a lot of pain they get rid of it, but if you aren't in a lot of pain they get you high and silly. For anyone who is not in pain there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be getting high from marijuana. Obviously tolerance goes up, but switching strains really slows that down. I believe anyone who isn't in pain could smoke marijuana every day of their lives and get just as high as the day before.

Y'all need my strain 'cos if I smoke now, I'm high. If I smoke in 5 minutes after that, I'm higher. If I smoke 5 minutes after that, I'm higher. I do not know any other kind that gets you high irrespective of duration or frequency of use. Y2K...God bless Y2K! And, by the way, I'm glad that fellow growers are people like HHJ!!!

I would say I do need it. No since living in denial. My bud probably won't do for everyone what it does for me - thank God it's mine! But I don't bet on anything, ever, HHJ, thanks. And it is somewhat surprising to hear a knowledgable grower dismissing strain selection when quality seeds of known origin are available. ??? Also, I do always enjoy my weed, always, every time that it gets me SO high. Needing it more than you might be debatable, but who really cares? I just wanted to share MY opinion in my last post, k?
