Well, because of the cholesterol in the coconut oil, I do this with olive oil, but was not aware that the ETOH would cause the chemical reaction. Olive oil has very low saturated fats in it, imperative for someone with hypercholesterolemia like myself. BUT if the ETOH causes a reaction, I must try this on my next batch!
