Look at the kelvin temp of the lights, 5000-6500K good for veg growth.....2700-3300K good for flowering. It should be on the packaging if not cool lights=veg, warm lights=flowering (cool and warm refer to the color of the light output, not the actual temp)

good luck to ya! :smokin:
midlifecrisis Reviewed by midlifecrisis on . Halogen light question I have been using a 150 watt 2430 lumens halogen light for my first grow. The plants are doing fine and are out in the sun for 3-4 hours a day. I live in so-cal so the sun/temp is great. They are under the light the rest of the time. The plants are 1 week old and have the 2nd set of leaves growing. My question is how long can I go with using this light? I only have 2 plants in the closet. Can the light be used for flowering?
