charged with possession in minnesota

i was toking up on my way home from work today and two cops saw me and pulled me over. i was charged with possession of a small amount, and possession of paraphanelia. i have a court date set for next month. i've never been caught before. does anyone have any idea what the penalties might be?
i've been panicking about it all day.
