as the human race creates complex spiritual ideologies to explain the mysteries which surround us in our everyday life, it often ceases the quest which would reveal the true answers for our most vexing questions. the search for spiritual identity is usually nothing more than a search for some established dogma that agrees with the way of life which you have already decided to follow, a way of making yourself feel better about the choices you have already made. by labeling our decisions as spiritually meaningful, we make ourselves seem more deserving of the gift of existence and release ourselves from the burden of having to explain our reasoning. spirituality is all too often nothing more than a mask to hide the emptiness left by our inability to find the answers to our ultimate questions.
