looks like you are low in calcium there... see how the base of each blade is narrower than it should be?
check your soil conditions... it may be that your dirt is way too wet and theres an uptake problem, since the opthers arent showing it.

I made so many mistakes the first time, plant stretched quite a bit, but eventually recovered to a good looker.
