And are taking the UK Government to court over the smoking ban, we are going for an adjunction on the ban, and if we sussed we imagine the Welsh ban will be made illegal, fingers crossed, we have so much scientific evidence against them from WHO, HSE, BMJ and Cancer Societyâ??s to say a few, if you any of you want the studies please say.

And if you have not donated to help us take the Government to court please do, it can be done on our site.

hahah i hate the fact that they are forcing us to make everything non smoking, like if i am a owner of a pub i am not alowed to have a fag on my own property that sucks,

but then again i think about sitting in pubs and not having to breathe that shit so lol i am for it in the end, just feels a bit of anti-freedom to me...

I forgot to say that when I say we are taking the Government to court, we are pushing for separate smoking rooms with ventilation and filtration, and then all sides would be happy.

As you say if you have a pub or â??anyâ?� work place and you own the building and the ground and you build it up with hard work, you canâ??t have a smoke there, now that is so damn wrong.
