This i`m concerned about, its a small growth but i guess it could be a ball or the start of a pistol.

Well man it how long have you had it in flower? I am not a pro hell I am a newbee the only plant I have had flower was a male. but what I can see from it you still have to wait for a little longer to tell if it is a male or female.
