Is Salvia worth it?

I don't mean any of the extracts. Just Salvia Divinorum the plant. Does it do much of anything?

Sometimes, if you get a banjo and play a vigorous tune, the plant will stand up and do a jig
And plants are great listeners too

Otherwise, it just sits there and grows
Quite boring, really
