This guy has a different MO... other ones had no info in their profiles... the other 2 had IP addys that didn't match up...

IP addresses don't mean anything. If he is a troll, he could easily use a public proxy, which would make it harder for you to confirm whether or not it's the other person. Even so, it doesn't matter. This dude is obviously asking a stupid question, and then flaming once he receives an answer.

I would assume, in fact, that if it was the same guy that he would be using a proxy to reduce the risk of anyone else matching the IP addresses.

Just ignore the guy, he's not worth answering. A 10 second google search reveals all of the answers to his question(s) anyway.

P.S. I find it funny how he's asking about U.S. seedbanks. There aren't any "seed banks" in the U.S., because of Cannabis' legal status.
