Give the guy a break. He said he was in Manhattan. Compared to everywhere else in North America (except maybe Beverly Hills), everyone who lives there gets ripped off every day. Shit, a closet with a sink and toilet rents for $1400/month. That's almost two houses where I live. No different for weed. Very high inflated prices. That's just the way it is.
