Electrical tape usual isnt that sticky, so it shouldnt hurt. Although i wouldnt put any tape on, im too hairy. It'd hurt like fuck. I had to shave my leg when i burnt it so i could tape it up - it hurt too much trying to take the stuff off with hair - and it looked like a wig afterwards.
