Actually, I have never heard of this happening either. And I'm not skinny either (Not fat, 6' 215 lbs. pretty average). I've gone jogging before but never had this become a problem... sounds harsh though

You could just try jogging topless or cut little holes in your tshirt so they poke through, have your plastic surgeon remove your nipples or better still give up jogging and take up something safer like flower pressing

I know how you feel, it's always on those long runs. Like Stinky said, wearing a tighter shirt is the solution.

Ganj there is a fix for this.
1. Wear much tighter shirts when you go running, so there is less rubbing. Like under-armour tight, and smoother.
2. If you INSIST on baggy tshirts, option 2 is band-aids when you jog. hahahaha and then I will laugh at you.
3. Bag balm, the shit they put on cow tits when they get chafed from milking. They sell it at farmers supplys.

bag balm is good stuff. you put it on fresh tattoos while they heal.

I cant remember the last time i went jogging - or got any excersise for that matter - the only excersise i get is from changing gear in my van.

Any exercize other than sexercize is a waste of heart beats and I will not waste any heart beats. You can count on that.
I agree with a post above and believe you should run topless and show those nipples to the world as they must be a proud pair to stand at attention all the time when you run.
