The video can be taken with anything, from a cell phone, to a webcam, or even a small digital video camera.

I discovered a cool little program at school on our computers called Windows Movie Maker. It is a very easy program to use and comes with Windows XP I think, and you can make videos very much the same as lil josh's here.

In the program, you just piece together text and images, then your video, in the timeline area below. You just put where you want it, and you can add music to go with it.

I don't know, maybe that helps a bit, but if you have that program, you can do it.
