uhh.. im gunna have to say when my heart is pounding and beating extremely fast cause i focus on it to much and it kind of scares me, but usually its not to bad. :hippy:

If I eat anything it pretty much puts an end to my high. They say that chocolate is supposed to increase your high, but it heresay as far as I'm concerned. I know that high is a state of mind, but it just seems that whenever anything disrupts my peace in the slightest, it puts an abrupt end to my high. In other words, I have a very fragile high.
