How about before he had made it to Pakistan, back when he "wasn't a threat." I just wish they would make up their mind on this. We're told not to worry, until one of his tapes surfaces, then its back to mindless fear.
One or the other. If he's not a threat then what should we care about his rambling threats? If on the other hand, he is still a major threat, then why are we not doing everything in our power to get him "dead or alive," as I believe Bush put it.
