Thats almost the same thing with debit cards that we have up here.I love those cards btw i barely ever carry cash on me just my debit card and 99.9% of the stores up here take them just the odd mom and pop store dont.But so far it hasnt replaced cash and i dont think that will happen not for years to come.I know the government would love a cashless sociaty it would make it harder for drug dealers thats for sure but we have had debit cards here for roughly 15 years maybe 20 and it hasnt replaced cash and i dont think that will happen in my lifetime.I think its kinda silly to have it tied in with your drivers license though what if you dont have a license?
