Niacin helps, although there are conflicting reports of its successfulness; that is because, however, people use Niacin as if it was a course-of-action and not something to be used to supplement what you are already doing. Niacin will dilate your blood vessels and give you that Niacin flush and itch. But in doing this, the capillaries which go the fat-cells of your body are dilated from the typical single-file transport of blood cells (the capillaries are that thin), to a 2-3 transport of blood cells at a time. It's a major improvement and helps rid the body of marijuana and other biological waste products. It is, after all, the byproducts that the standard tests search for.

Ron Hubbard (yes, as in "L. Ron Hubbard," the science-fiction author accredited for the development of Scientology) created a purification program called, conveniently, the "Ron Hubbard Purification Program," or somesuch. It involves proper Niacin use and could be helpful. Google it.

I will have to test sometime at the end of June (definately not before the 18th of June). I am a little overwieght 5'6", stocky but 185lbs. I have been a 2.5 gram a day user easy for the last...I don 't know how long other than a brief 3 week hiatus in March. I have began to excersie (started today) and intend to run daily for the next month or so. I have read the sticky posts about dillution/substitution and what not.
