that was frightening
Early hours of this morning there was an armed robbery, and they set fire to the getaway car only 8meters away from the back of my house where both my kids bedrooms are. i was worried that if the petrol tank blew the car was that close that it would blow out the windows and set the house on fire. my daughter was still awake chatting to her bf on the phone when she noticed an orange flickering outside thank god as i dread to think what would have happened if she didn't notice it, . i evacuated the house and thankfully the fire brigade were there in 5 mins.lots of glass and bits of burnt debris in the garden from several small explosions i think they were the tyers but everyone ok so thats the main thing.

Oh my god, thank god you're ok! That must have been a terrible thing to think about after the fact. But as long as you're alive and safe, then everything is fine.
And thank god that your daughter had a boyfriend...ok, maybe just this once thank god for him.

There was a robbery litteraly down the road from me yesterday, someone got shot. Actually, it was in The Sun today, they burned out their getaway car too.
Good to know your all ok though - it's pretty damn unnerving when it happens that close to home.

Sounds like England's becoming as bad as America these days from a crime standpoint.
Glad you and your family are safe and well, Weedmaster. You, too, LIP!\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
