Sun was a very bad idea. Heat and light degrade/break down THC, lessening the quality of the cannabis, and can give it a harsh taste. The sun is both very hot and very bright.

Next time you get dry weed, leave it in a dark room, like a closet or bedroom, and leave it in the open until the cannabis is dry. It's very simple and is the best way to keep the cannabis as good quality as it first came.

Also, find a new dealer. Water adds tons of extra weight, and if it came right off the plant without drying, then you got royally screwed. Wet cannabis is 70-80% water, so if you got 10g's of fresh, wet cannabis, the outcome of the dry weight would be about 2-3g's. That's a 7-8gram loss...

So yes, water adds tons of extra weight. Find a new dealer. Dank is okay, but either way, they are selling you very "soggy" cannabis, as you said. You are getting ripped off.
Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . Soggy Skunk! Evening all - I'm after some advice. I've just bought some buds which are damp - and I mean REALLY damp. My guess is that they are homegrown straight off the plant and that whoever was selling them just never got chance to dry them out. Soooo, my question is this - what's the best way to get them nice and dry? At the moment I've just got them wrapped in a couple of sheets of kitchen towel to try an suck out some of the moisture, but I want to be sure the little beauties don't go mouldy on me! Rating: 5
