I was showing my place 1 and 2 times a day for 3 weeks and the some dumb idiot puts a down payment on it then backed out... it's like the whole world stopped now and I haven't showed it in a week and a half,,,the Realtor was counting money that was not his yet and stopped dead on marketing the place...

You may have to re-list it with another realtor...are you on a 45 day? Otherwise, I would be on his/her ass everyday to see what they are doing to help sell it...just another fine example of poor customer service...

Memorial Day we went boating on a beautiful mountain lake. The weather couldn't have been better, about 90 degrees. And here is the rainbow trout I caught( and tossed back again, poor fella!) Had a freakin' blast!

^^ not uhh it wasn't friday was it?? lol i was at silverwood all weeknd, and fuck they had the lake closed off at 10 am alll weekend. filled up like a mother boats were lined up over night just to get in... always like that...
